Shunde elements in 2020 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair
From December 11 to 13, the 2020 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair with the integration of trade, culture, exchange, shopping and recreation for three consecutive days, was held in the Venetian Macao, providing an exchange and cooperation platform for enterprises. The fair, covering an area of 9,000 square meters with about 400 booths, has attracted nearly 340 exhibitors.
12 Shunde enterprises, including Foshan Shunde Zhoudaniang Food Co., Ltd. and Foshan Longtian Food Co., Ltd., participated in this fair, which has deepened Macao citizens' understanding of Shunde cuisine and home appliances, and promoted the cooperation and exchanges between Shunde and Macao enterprises.
Two catering enterprises presented Cantonese cuisine on behalf of Guangdong in the "Guangdong and Macao Food Exhibition Area", which was specially set up in the fair. Tourists praised the Harvest Fish, Shunde Fried Milk, Double-layer Steamed Milk Custard Egg Tart and other dishes presented by Shunde Ronggui Weikedao Restaurant. Particularly, many tourists were attracted by the Double-layer Steamed Milk Custard Egg Tart and expected to try delicious food in Shunde in the future.
In order to promote the high-quality development of the "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" Project, inherit and popularize Cantonese cuisine culture, and promote the exchange and cooperation between Guangdong and Macao catering industries, the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province also organized some Shunde catering enterprises to participate in the series of "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" activities in Macao.
The exchanges and interactions in the fair have promoted the cooperation between Guangdong and Macao, expanded markets in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative region, revitalized regional economies, and injected new vitality into the in-depth cooperation between Guangdong and Macao in all directions.
