Foshan food highlighted at Macao International Travel Expo

The 9th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo was held at Cotal Expo Hall of the Venetian Macao from July 9th to 11th, with aims at introducing Foshan culinary culture to more people and bolstering its images as “City of Gastronomy” and “Cradle of Chefs”. The Vice President of Shunde Chef Association was invited to show spectacular culinary skills from Foshan cuisines on the spot.  

 

   

 

 

Liang Luming and Zhang Changrong 

 

Liang Luming and Zhang Changrong, two locally-renowned chefs displaying their excellent cooking skills were under spotlight on a demonstration named "City of Gastronomy". All this is believed to go a long way towards promoting the Cantonese culinary culture nationwide, especially boosting culture and tourism in Foshan.
