Recently, the MoU Signing Ceremony between the world’s leading information and communications supplier Huawei and the world’s leading intelligent solutions supplier KUKA is held at Huawei’s headquarter in Shenzhen, which is another cooperation between the Huawei and Midea’s enterprise.
It’s worth mentioning that Midea has officially become the main shareholder of KUKA, while in the Hannover Messe 2017 held in this year, Huawei 5G Technologies and KUKA have aroused great public interests at live demonstrations in various industrial events.
It’s reported that Huawei and KUKA will combine their top technology and industry advantages and provide effective, innovative and intelligent solutions of manufacturing with eachother. Both parties will also strengthen the cooperation on relevant industry and standard organizations of “Industry 4.0” to push the technical and standardized integration of “German Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”.
The executive director and vice president of strategic marketing of Huawei, William Xu expresses that KUKA is one of the major drivers of “Industry 4.0”. The cooperation between Huawei and KUKA has been expanded from robot’s 5G connection technology to the field of intelligent manufacturing, which will speed up the development in various fields and better promote the popularization and application of intelligent manufacturing.

Huawei and KUKA will continue their cooperation in terms of “Industry 4.0” and in the relevant standard organizations, and will jointly drive towards the activities in “German Industry 4.0” program and in “Made in China 2025” program.
