Shunde state capital leverages social capital to participate in the transformation of village-level industrial park, yesterday competing successfully for Shanghua village-level industrial park renovation project land
Shunde Meiming Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which is jointly set up by Guangdong Shunkong Investment Management Co., Ltd., which subordinates to Shunde state capital, Lecong Investment Management Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise, and Midea Real Estate Company competed successfully for the west land of Shanghua Industrial Avenue in Lecong Town. This is a measure for Shunde to leverage social capital to participate in the transformation of village-level industrial parks, which changed the model of relying on owners or village collectives to rebuild themselves.
It’s reported that this auction is a reconstruction project for Lecong Shanghua Village-level Industrial Park. The project is located at Shanghua Intelligent Manufacturing Park with high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing and biomedicine as its development direction and it will be built into a modern high-end factory building. The total building area exceeds 300,000 square meters and the investment is expected to exceed 800 million yuan. The project is scheduled to start in 2018 and complete in 2019.
At the same time, as the first pilot project of Lecong town's industrial transformation to high-end advanced equipment manufacturing, the project will become the benchmark for the transformation of village-level industrial park in Shunde and the benchmark for the new type of industrial reserve and Sino-German and Sino-Eurpe Cooperation. The construction of the industrial park will undertake domestic and foreign advanced equipment manufacturing achievements, cultivating the new growth point of the regional economy relying on the intelligent manufacturing innovation industry form and the development pattern.
This state capital leading the social capital to participate in the transformation of the village-level industrial parks reflects the determination of the state capital to create and promote the upgrading and transformation of the village-level industrial parks, which also speeds up Shunde "No.1 project", village-level industrial park’s settling down in 2018.
The responsible person of the Shunde District State Capital Office said that by leveraging social capital, on the one hand, the state-owned capital can give full play to the role of state-owned capital in leading and leveraging the participation of social capital in the upgrading and development of village-level industrial parks. On the other hand, using the capital strength, industry resources and operation experience of the cooperative developers, it can provide strong experience support and management service for building Shunde industrial demonstration park. As the “No.1 project” of Shunde Government, it’s critical for Shunde’s industry development space, urban construction form and ecological condition. Seizing this "new stronghold" and seizing the initiative reflects the drive and determination of Shunde's state capital to play a leading role of actively participating in the work of transforming the vast resources of the 12,060 hectares industrial reserve in the whole region.
