On June 8, the list of Top 100 Private Enterprises in Guangdong 2021 was released, with 15 Foshan companies included.
Only those enterprises with an revenue of at least 12.06 billion yuan in 2020 are qualified to enter the list, a bar 920 million yuan higher last year, an increase of 8.26%. Among them, 5 registered more than 400 billion yuan, 14, 100 billion yuan and 69, 20 billion yuan.
Foshan, with 15 enterprises, won the third place, only third to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. While in Foshan, Shunde(8), Nanhai(6) and Chancheng(1) are the top three districts in terms of number.
In terms of industry, the majority of them are manufacturing, wholesale and retail. Among 15 local companies, 8 are from manufacturing, 4 wholesale & retail and 2 real estate.
