The recent cold wave and rainfall has led to a rime and icicle scene at Gaoming Zaomu Mountain, known as "Foshan's First Peak", starting from January 23. In an instant, Gaoming's version of a "Frozen" wonder has become a hot attraction in Foshan.

With the continuous influence of cold air, temperatures further declined on the morning of January 24. Early on that day, reporters once again ascended to the summit of Zaomu Mountain and observed the persistent presence of icicles. Tourists, who came to admire the ice formations, walked along the mountain trails, marveling at the spectacular sight of icicles hanging from trees on both sides of the path, evoking expressions of awe.

On the morning of January 24, portions of trees at the top of Zaomu Mountain still displayed hanging icicles.

Due to prior rainfall, water vapor condensed on the trees in low temperatures, forming icicles.
