On August 24, Hello Inc, a noted travel service provider in China, has invited 20 users from Guangdong province on a "Factory Open Day" to two OEM vehicle manufacturing bases in Foshan, namely, Foshan Phoenix Factory and Foshan Jinchuan Corun (佛山凤凰工厂、佛山金川科力远). The biggest highlight during the visit took place when visitors witnessed how one single bike was assembled in only 32 seconds on assembly line. At factories of Foshan Jinchuan Corun, visitors even got the chance to try assembling a shared bicycle themselves.

From assembly line to the final vehicle, the whole process only takes about 32 seconds. Along with wheel assembling, a bicycle can be rolled off the assembly line in at least two minutes. At Foshan Phoenix Factory, the single-line production capacity is now secured at more than 1,500 bicycles per day, and 40,000 bicycles per month (workers resting days not included).

All production at these two factories is run in strict accordance with process flows and quality control, as required by the brand. Take the assembly of the 5th-generation upgraded "White Deer" Hello Bike (“白鹿”) as an example, there are 39 standardized process flows and 80 quality control points being cover to guarantee quality.

Foshan Jinchuan Corun sets its sight on building a precise manufacturing system that features automation and refined production lines. At the same time, it seeks to breed a supply system in neighboring areas in a way that creates a vehicle manufacturing ecosystem in Foshan.
