Foshan China 2022-06-30 10:17
On June 28th, Chen Aizhen, director of Foshan Municipal Health Bureau, illustrated several updates on key projects.

Currently, Foshan has built the network “15 minutes NAT Zoom”, constituted by three types of NAT sampling spots, fixed spots, temporary spots, and emergent spots. Overall, there are over 5,000 sampling places.

Besides, to handle the increased number of fever patients caused by flu, certain policies have adjusted. For those fever patients younger than 15-year-old or elder than 65-year-old, without any historical infection of COVID-19, they can go back home to conduct inhouse quarantine afterwards, rather than wait for the NAT result in the hospital.

Additionally, director also introduced the progress of healthcare reform in increasing the capacity of hospitals, and the plan to promote traditional Chinese medicine.
