The project was funded by about 5 billion yuan. At the first phase, 3 data centers and 1 response center will be built, with a total of about 12,000 racks. These facilities will then develop into the largest data center in Foshan. Annually, the output value will increase by 960 million yuan and a tax of 80 million yuan will be generated to the local authorities.  

As planned, October will see the trial production of the project (first phase) and November will see operators moving in the data center.
