The General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the “Notice on Announcement of the Construction List of National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Colleges and National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Practice Bases”. The textile and clothing innovation and entrepreneurship practice base of Guangdong Polytechnic has been approved and entered the top 100 list. Only 2 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province are ranked on the list.

 

As the only comprehensive college of textile and clothing in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Polytechnic is also an important base for talent training in textile and clothing industry. It was selected as a provincial high-level vocational college construction unit in 2022. In recent years, Guangdong Polytechnic has actively complied with the new requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training. 

 

The person in charge of the college said, the school will take this opportunity to further improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism and incubate more innovation and entrepreneurship projects to build a national innovation and entrepreneurship education practice base with distinctive professional characteristics.
