On January 16, the Taishan Raw Beer Manufacturing Project successfully produced its inaugural batch, marking the local production of Taishan Beer in Foshan.

The Taishan Raw Beer Manufacturing Project, as the first beverage project introduced to the Sanshui Beverage and Food Base, has a planned total investment of 450 million yuan, covering an area of 61 mu with a total construction area of over 50,000 square meters. Once completed, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 kiloliters, generating an annual output value of 4.5 billion yuan.

The entire factory complex is constructed in a European style with meticulous zoning. In addition to regular production, filling, and storage, it will also feature a range of industrial tourism functions, including visiting and teaching.

"Visitors can enter the brewing joint workshop through the observation corridor, exploring the saccharification hall, beer processing area, fermentation tank zone, and heading to the bar to savor the freshest raw beer," introduced the project leader of Foshan Taibei Beer Co., Ltd.

As the second production base for Taishan Beer, Foshan it primarily manufactures two varieties of raw beer. After completion, the time from factory to dining tables will be reduced from over 30 hours to 2 hours, establishing a 5-hour delivery circle in the South China region.
