"Having a Caremax Headquarters building in Guicheng has always been a goal and dream for us," said Yang Ronghong, chairman of Caremax Healthcare Group. As a leading local enterprise in the healthcare and medical device industry, the headquarters will adhere to technology innovation, focusing on research and development, production, and sales of medical devices and smart elderly care products.

The Caremax Healthcare Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base project is located in the Wenhan Lake Central Innovation Zone of Guicheng, covering an area of over 14,216 square meters. The project's total investment is approximately 300 million yuan.

It will establish a high-end industrial platform and corporate headquarters, integrating healthcare R&D, brand building, talent training, advanced manufacturing, product display, and sales. Once operated, over the next five years, the project is expected to introduce five medical and healthcare enterprises and generate an estimated annual revenue of 600 million yuan.

Caremax will establish a smart elderly care equipment manufacturing headquarters base in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The project will also collaborate with local leading medical and healthcare companies to promote industrial cluster development, seize the trend of smart elderly care, and partner with the China Elderly Care Industry Standards Committee to establish a CNAS laboratory and set industry standards. This will provide strong momentum for the innovation and development of the healthcare industry.

Since February of this year, Guicheng has been focused on reaching the goal of achieving a GDP of 100 billion yuan ahead of schedule and proposed the creation of a headquarters economy cluster in Foshan to empower the development of 100-billion-yuan towns.

Since the strategic announcement, six major industrial projects, including the Yuanen Petroleum Headquarters and Yuyan Headquarters, have been launched. Sixteen significant industrial projects, such as the Hongwang Group and Dr. Kong Headquarters, have been completed or topped out. Additionally, six corporate headquarters, including Weibang Technology and Guangdong Leju, have been successfully put into operation.

Currently, Guicheng has gathered over 400 company headquarters, with headquarters companies accounting for over 35% of the district's GDP.
