Many metro stations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) feature special designs. For example, some look like art museums, while others resemble underwater worlds. Let's take a look at several of them. Which one impresses you the most?

Sai Ying Pun Station in HongKong

Sai Ying Pun Station, the largest MTR station, is not only a transportation hub connecting Hong Kong Island, but also an open-air art gallery for the public.

Covering approximately 800 square meters, the station showcases seven pieces of art collections, making it the "most artistically vibrant MTR station."

Nansha Passenger Port Station in Guangzhou

Inspired by the Belt and Road Initiative, Nansha Passenger Port Station blends elements such as the ocean, seagulls, and ships. There is an iconic treasure ship adorned with 20 automated ticket vending machines. The whole station is filled with the cultural vibes of the "Maritime Silk Road."

Gangxia North Station in Shenzhen

Speaking of the Shenzhen Metro, the spotlight falls on Gangxia North Station, also known as the "Shenzhen Eye." The atrium is used to unify the various floors of the building and create internal visual connections. With the introduction of natural light underground, the urban life is extended into the lower levels to create a continuity of the experienced city.

Shiwan Station in Foshan

The station's ceiling is adorned with a metal "tile-ceramic". Inside the hall, a cultural wall measuring 26 meters in length and 1.7 meters in width proudly exhibits the "Eight Ancient Scenes of Shiwan." Visitors can enjoy a display of various ceramic artworks through the 3D holographic projection.
