On December 5, the inaugural significant high-end equipment manufacturing project in the Foshan (Maoming) Industrial Transfer Cooperation Park, the Shenling Special Air Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment Manufacturing (Gaozhou) Project, formally reached an investment agreement.

This initiative is a collaborative investment and development effort between Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenling Environment") and the main development company of Maoming Industrial Transfer Platform. The planned total investment amounts to 1 billion CNY, with fixed asset investments exceeding 400 million CNY. After the project is put into operation, it is anticipated that the annual output value will surpass 1 billion CNY, contributing to an annual tax revenue exceeding 60 million CNY.

This marks a formidable collaboration between "Foshan Manufacturing" and the "Maoming Market." Shenling Environment, a well-known publicly listed company in Foshan, has joined forces with the Maoming Industrial Transfer Platform to establish the Shenling Special Air Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment Manufacturing (Gaozhou) Project in Maoming. This strategic move signifies the expansion of market presence and an augmentation of production capacity for Shenling Environment in the West Guangdong, North Bay Economic Zone and Hainan Free Trade Zone.

This project will adhere to the concept of a smart industrial park, integrating Shenling Environment's latest technologies in low-carbon, building environmental control, and digital intelligence. It will also incorporate advanced intelligent manufacturing technologies and equipment with high standards.

It's worth noting that in the future, Shenling (Gaozhou) project's air conditioning and system products will cater to national basic industries and strategic emerging industries. Specifically, in the field of nuclear power products, it is anticipated that annually, they will develop and produce complete sets of air conditioning and ventilation systems for nuclear power heating, meeting the environmental requirements of the third-generation advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant (Hualong One).

The Shenling (Gaozhou) project, situated in the Foshan (Maoming) Industrial Transfer Cooperation Park, serves as the launching area for Maoming to orderly undertake industrial transfers and acts as the forefront for Foshan-Maoming paired assistance collaboration.

The Cooperation Park has received significant support from both Foshan and Maoming City in terms of planning, establishment, and operation. The planned total area of the Cooperation Park is approximately 9,882 acres, with the goal of developing it into a hundred-billion-yuan park.
