On September 16th, the Shunde Hong Kong and Macao City "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" Exchange Meeting and the second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Mid-Autumn Festival Association were held at Shunde Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.

At the meeting, in order to promote relevant policies to more Hong Kong and Macao youths, Tang Xuelan, Director of Daliang Economic Development Office, made a detailed interpretation for attendants on how to declare for starting an enterprise and how to get policy support.Since Shunde has announced 2 groups of Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurship bases and relevant support policies in 2020, 11 Hong Kong and Macao enterprise associations have entered the base, covering environmental technology, photoelectric sensing, software management, building materials, etc. In addition, an exchange promotion center set up for Hong Kong and Macao youth can provide 6 months of free shared office space, and one-stop service such as talent registration, enterprise registration and subsidy application.

The event also invited young entrepreneurs and industrial representatives from Hong Kong and Macao to share their experience. Xiong Jiawen, founder of Tou Tou Shi Dao Consulting Co., Ltd., based on his own entrepreneurial experience in Shunde, suggested that young people from Hong Kong and Macao should determine their entrepreneurial direction according to the industrial development trend.

Qiu Guosheng, Deputy Director of Guangdong Hong-Kong Macao Greater Bay Shunde Area Office, said Shunde is actively responding to the construction of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Cooperation Zone and Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone, which will be a strong development impetus for Shunde and it will provide better service policies for Hong Kong and Macao youth and enterprises.
