From March 14 to March 17, 2024 UCCN Cities of Gastronomy (Shunde) Food and Culture Exchange Activity was held. The event gathered UNESCO China representatives and culinary experts from around the globe, including cities like San Antonio, Merida, Buri Ram, Kerman Shah, Kuching, and Kampong Cham, alongside Chengdu, Macau, Yangzhou, Huai'an, Chaozhou, etc.

On March 16, global culinary masters have attended the Star Chef Show in Shunde OCT Harbour PLUS, delivering a feast of fish cuisines.

Meanwhile, they were also invited to explore the unique cultures in Foshan, experiencing the charm of Lingnan culture.
