南海区在主动就诊人员中发现新冠病毒阳性感染者
5月15日，南海区在主动就诊的发热病人中发现一例新冠病毒阳性感染者，随后对陪同其看病的妻子核酸检测也为阳性。有关情况通报如下：
个案1：男，21岁；个案2：女，21岁。两人从事个体贸易，居住在里水镇。个案1在5月14日晚发热、喉咙疼痛，15日早上症状加重，主动到发热门诊就诊，经核酸检测为阳性。随后医院对陪同其看病的妻子进行核酸检测，结果也为阳性。结合流行病学调查、临床表现和实验室检测等，个案1诊断为确诊病例（轻型），个案2判断为无症状感染者，两人均已闭环转运至定点医院。
接医院报告后，市、区疫情防控指挥部迅速启动疫情应急处置机制，快速有序组织流行病学调查、重点场所管控、区域核酸筛查等工作。截至15日24时，共甄别密接189人、次密接69人；排查重点场所7个，采集重点场所环境标本79份，检测结果均为阴性；对部分镇街和重点区域人员开展核酸检测，已采样1551461人，部分已出结果均为阴性，其他结果待出。
根据初步流调情况和疫情防控需要，确定封控区、管控区、防范区如下：
封控区：里水镇恒大御景湾14栋；大沥镇四季花城海棠苑1单元。
管控区：里水镇恒大御景湾；大沥镇四季花城海棠苑2、3单元。
防范区：里水镇草场白塔工业大道以东、沿江路以西、金名都东区南侧道路、里广路围合区域；大沥镇四季花城海棠苑、蔷薇苑。

请5月7日以来，居住或到访过里水镇恒大御景湾和大沥镇万科四季花城两个小区的人员，主动向所在社区（村居）或疾控中心报备。请市民朋友积极配合必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施，进一步提高防范意识，做好个人日常防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交安全距离。同时要尽快完成疫苗全程及加强免疫接种，如有发热等不适症状，尽量避免乘坐公共交通，及时到医疗机构发热门诊就诊。如果发现被赋黄码，请务必立即向所在社区报备，并且在做好自我防护的情况下，前往附近黄码检测专区完成3天2检，则解除黄码。

Nanhai District reported two Covid-19 cases
On May 15, a confirmed case of COVID-19 was reported in Nanhai district among the patients with fevers who sought the medical treatment. The patient’s wife, who accompanied him to the hospital, tested positive“三区”内市民确有外出就医需求或需定期到医院做检查、诊疗、取药的（如透析、产检等），请与所在社区（村居）联系，联系电话：里水镇金峰洲社区0757-
Case 1: a 21-year-old male. Case 2: a 21-year-old female. Both cases are self-employed merchants and live in Lishui Town. Case 1 had a fever and a sore throat in the evening of May 14 and in the morning of next day he went to the fever clinic for medical treatment because the symptoms became worse. Then he tested positive for COVID-19. Later his wife, who accompanied him to the hospital, received the test and tested positive. According to the epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestation and laboratory testing results, case 1 was classified as confirmed case (with light symptoms) and case 2 was classified as asymptomatic. Both cases were transferred to the designated hospital in a closed loop.
After receiving the report from the hospital, the office of Foshan COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters and its Nanhai surbodinate office immediately activated the COVID-19 emergency response system, by launching the epidemiological investigations, implementing the management and control measures of key areas and starting nucleic acid testings. By 24:00 on May 15, 189 close contacts and 69 sub-close contacts were found and 7 key places involved were examined. 79 environmental samples of key places were obtained and the result of all samples are negative. In the nucleic acid testings for the people of some townships and key areas, 1551461 samples were obtained. Some examples’ results have come out and been negative.
Based on the primary epidemiological investigation, the lockdown, partially -lockdown and restricted zones are as follows:
Lockdown Zones: Building 14 of Evergrande Yujingwan（恒大御景湾） in Lishui Town, Unit 1 of Haitang Block, Siji huacheng（四季花城） in Dali Town；
Partially-lockdown Zones: Evergrande Yujingwan（恒大御景湾） in Lishui Town, Unit 2& 3 of Haitang Block of Siji huacheng（四季花城） in Dali Town;
Restricted Zones: the area encircled by CaoChangBaita Industrial Ave. of Lishui in the west, Yanjiang Road in the east, and the south section road of Jinmingdu Residential Area and Liguang Road in the south; Haitang Block and Qiangwei Block of Siji huacheng（四季花城） in Dali Town.
Ambulances will be ready for providing medical services for residents in the lockdown areas when making a round of visits. Please contact the village or community committees if in need of necessary medical services for regular medicines, body check, diagnosis(eg dialysis and antenatal care, etc.,). You are requested to report to your residential community or the CDC if having visited Evergrande Yujingwan（恒大御景湾） in Lishui Town and Siji huacheng（四季花城） in Dali Town since May 7. Please cooperate with pandemic prevention and control measures such as necessary NATs, improve the awareness of COVID-19 prevention and conduct sound personal protection by properly wearing a mask, washing hands and ventilating rooms frequently, and keeping safe social distance. Please take at least two vaccination doses as soon as possible. If you have symptoms such as fever, try to avoid taking public transportation and go to the fever clinic of a medical institution in time for treatment.If your health code turns yellow, please report to the local community and have 2 NATs within 3 days at the nearby testing sites exclusive for people with yellow codes. The code will automatically turn back green if the two tests are negative.
