Ginger milk curd, also known as ginger milk pudding or simply ginger milk, is a Chinese hot dessert originated in the PRD (Pearl River Delta) in southern Guangdong Province. The unique smooth taste comes from the main ingredients, ginger, milk and sugar. Water buffalo milk is used in the original recipe.
