On December 8, the opening ceremony of UNDP Hydrogen Industry Conference 2021 was held in Xiqiao Mountain Cultural Center, Nanhai, Foshan. With a theme of "A Hydrogen Future for A Net Zero World", the conference will last till December 23.

Hydrogen Economy Vocational Training Academy Demonstration Project settled in Nanhai

The awarding ceremony of UNDP -- Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Hydrogen Economy Vocational Training Academy Demonstration Project and the orientation ceremony of freshmen that major in hydrogen technology were held on the site. The construction period of the project is 2021-2025. It plans to open 6-8 majors in Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering, and the number of students will reach 3000.

Guangdong Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration Application City Cluster was launched

According to the actual industrial development, the City cluster will be led by Foshan, jointly built with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Yangjiang, Yunfu, Fuzhou, Zibo, Baotou and Liu an to carry out the demonstration application of fuel cell vehicles.

2023 World Hydrogen Technology Conference to be held in Nanhai

The 2023 World Hydrogen Technology Conference (WHTC2023) is planned to be held in May 2023 in Xiqiao Mountain Cultural Center, Nanhai, Foshan, with a theme of "Hydrogen and Dual Carbon Strategy -- From Now to the Future". WHTC is the worlds top event in the field of hydrogen energy, as well as the vane of industry technology and development. Each event brings representatives from 60-70 countries around the world, covering almost all countries and regions currently working in the field of hydrogen fuel cells.

Hydrogen energy projects released, applied and signed

The Conference also announced that Thousand Slag Cars Powered by Hydrogen Cell of Horizon Fuel Cell Technology and other four projects were officially unveiled to the public, Xianhu Laboratory and other seven projects will be put into production and operation, and Cummins PEM Electrolytic Water Hydrogen Production Equipment R&D Production Base and other nine projects were signed at the signing ceremony.

CHFE 2021 is open to be public

The 5th China (Foshan) International Hydrogen Energy & Fuel Cell Technology and Product Expo (CHFE) has displayed items covering a full range of vehicles driven by hydrogen fuel such as buses, road sprinklers, world-leading class commercial vehicles, and SUVs.
