On June 23, construction kicks off for Foshan Campus of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in Chancheng District, marking a leapfrog development of Foshan’s education.

As the one on the top 8 list of fine arts nationwide, the academy is sure to bring more education resources to the city.

In recent years, Chancheng’s education has been given momentum. For example, new campuses of Foshan No.4 Middle School, Foshan Foreign Language School, Huanhu Primary School have been built, offering an enrollment of more than 20,000 students. As a group of kindergartens, like Wangjiang Kindergarten, put into use, more than 10,000 children have gotten the access to top education resources. In the next 2 years, 18 kindergartens are to be built.
