On December 16, the construction of the Sam's Club in Chancheng, Foshan was officially launched. The project is located in the Sanlongwan Chancheng area, with a total investment of approximately 604 million yuan. It is expected to be completed and open to the public by the end of 2026, providing strong support for the region in establishing a new consumption hub in the Guangdong Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Sam's Club being developed in Chancheng, Foshan is situated at the intersection of Chancheng and Guicheng Sub-District, Guilan Road East and north of Kuiqi Road.

The project spans a total building area of about 67,000 square meters, with two floors above ground and two underground levels. The retail area alone exceeds 20,000 square meters, and it will offer over 1,000 parking spaces. The store will be built to the highest Sam's Club standards, offering a spacious and comfortable shopping environment, the latest facilities and equipment, ample parking, and a selection of more than 4,000 high-quality products from around the world.

Moreover, the project adheres to the principles of sustainable development and will be constructed according to the "Green Building Three-Star" standards, ensuring resource conservation and environmental protection throughout the building's lifecycle.

The project's main façade will use GRC materials to create a "ripple effect," inspired by the tranquil waters of a "Lingnan Water Town." The secondary façade will continue the texture with matching paint. The southeast corner will feature the Sam's Club diamond logo, adding a distinctive cultural touch to the building's design.

Once completed, the Sam's Club in Chancheng will fill the high-end retail gap in the Sanlongwan area, while also serving as a commercial hub for Foshan and its surrounding cities. It will be a powerful addition to the high-end retail landscape in the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area, driving the development of a new consumption center in the Greater Bay Area.
