Good news came that the construction project of the Sports Centre of Sanlongwan Chancheng Area — the main structure of the building was successfully roofed!

The sports Center (plus parking area) Project is located in the north of Kuiqi Road and east of Guihua No.16 Road. The project started in June 2020, whose total investment amount exceeds 600 million yuan. It covers an area of about 27,695 square meters, with a total construction area of about 43,826 square meters, including 15,314 square meters above ground and 28,512 square meters underground.

Functional Zones

Stadium

Plot 1 is the stadium, which covers 15,314 square meters, including constant temperature standard swimming pools, basketball courts, badminton courts, gyms, lecture halls, etc.

Sports Park

Plot 2 is the Sports Park, which covers 15,592 square meters, including seven-a-side real grass football field, street basketball court, plastic running track, childrens area, public toilet, etc.

Moreover, the project will be added with public parking and bus park. It’s expected to provide 285 public parking spots and 106 bus parking spots.

Sanlongwan Chancheng Area will next push for more steady progress in indoor decoration, outdoor intelligent construction, lighting and other work by plan. With public cultural and sports facilities gradually completed, the brand-new cultural landmark will come alive.
