On March 29, Foshan Huashu Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huashu Robot") obtained a land plot, located on south of Taoyuan Road and east of Hongling Road in Shishan Town, Foshan. The land, covering 69,333 ㎡, will soon be reserved for Nanhai Intelligent Robot Innovation Industrial Park (Phase I). 500 million yuan will be invested in the project, which will come under use in 2024. 

The landing of the project spurs a new force of innovation in Shishan, after key industrial projects like Big Health Industry & Anti-Pandemic Science Park Project (大健康产业暨防疫科技园项目), Lingwang Elevator signing out its land pot for SSNTM (菱王电梯有限公司签署土地出让合同、中技烯米落地), a new material company. 

Huashu Robotics 

When finished, Nanhai Intelligent Robot Innovation Industrial Park will become a strong magnet for robots, intelligent equipment and intelligent production lines, electromechanical equipment, tooling fixtures and so on. Resources will then be streamlined for R&D, manufaturing and marketing. Backed by strong industrial base, the park will also allow more training in robotics, numerical control technology, intelligent products application. In a long run, the project also seeks to develop upstream and downstream enterprises, and create a more matured industrial chain.
