On May 20, Mingcheng Town, Gaoming District reaped in an agricultural project valued at more than 100 million yuan - Qianli Jiahe and Cross-Strait Agriculture, Culture and Tourism Industry Integration Demonstration Zone. The construction work has been kicked off now in Mingnan Village, Mingcheng Town and the Park (Phase I) is expected to open next March.

As planned, the project will cover a total area of 533333.3 square meters, supported by more than 1 billion yuan. Beside from being a plant base, the project will create space for a sightseeing winery, romantic leisure park, a health center and so on. It also introduces a long upheld pattern from Taiwan - sightseeing agriculture and factories. Ultimately, it sets a real model for integrating various sectors in one project.

Originated from South America, Jaboticaba is a sweet and juicy plant that has been popular among Chinese people. When the farmland opens, visitors will only have to spend 15 yuan for a pick-up in the garden. 

This year, Gaoming District started to construct a 300-square-kilometer rural revitalization demonstration belt, named "Fengming Chaoyang", which is a leading project in local rural revitalization work. As the core area located inside the rural revitalization demonstration belt, Mingcheng Town has a total area of 150 square kilometers included in the demonstration belt, accounting for more than 50% of the area of the demonstration belt. 

In the path towards rural revitalization in Mingnan Village, much intensive work has been done to improve the rural living environment and infrastructure, in ways that more high-quality projects chose Mingnan. In the future, this project will be able to polish the signboard of Mingnans "Ten Li Fruity Corridor" and promote the construction of a demonstration belt for rural revitalization through breeding industry.
