A plot of land, covering 13669.88 square meters in Foshan New City, was bought by Foshan Tuojia Commercial Real Estate Operation Management Co., Ltd on June 6. As a major player in local auto industry, the company plans to headquarter its project of auto parts on this land. Foreseeably, more potential of Foshan New City will be unleashed.

Reportedly, with the total investment of more than 1 billion yuan, it serves as the first cluster for auto components and parts sellers in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It means that a full industrial chain is promised to complete as more top brands settle here.

With well-equipped facilities and quality industries, Foshan New City has attracted more talents, investment, technology and latest information. Statistically, the City now is home to 1,546 comprises, with an annual increase of 40%.

Except the thriving industry, bountiful campaign is the other feature of the City. On the dragon boat festival this year, retro-themed party, country fair, family jog and water-splashing festival held here spread fun to residents.

As of 2021, commercial complex in the City totals 410,000 square meters. They are the top choices for residents to enjoy leisure time, including Century Lotus Sports Center, Foshan Grand Theater, GBA International Sports, Cultural Center, Dongping Poly Plaza and Intercontinental Foshan New City.

Going forward, Foshan New City is expected to be more liveable and business-friendly.
