On June 23, China Association for Science and Technology Guangdong (Nanhai) working base has been approved for construction. Lishui, Nanhai signed contracts with the first batch of ten high-end talent industrialization projects on the spot.

Lishui will follow the industrial development model of "one platform, one park, one industry and one fund" to promote the high-quality industrial development of innovation platforms. Among the top ten projects signed, 3 are national leading talent entrepreneurship projects, 1 is a doctoral entrepreneurship project and 1 is an expert entrepreneurship project with special allowance of The State Council, covering such industries as new materials and advanced manufacturing.

In order to solve the problem of capital difficulties in the early stage, Lishui and Foshan Branch of China Institute of Invention Achievements Transformation have co-established 100-million-yuan fund for projects with high development potential and high added value in the park, and priority will be given to supporting the achievement transformation.
