Reportly, Foshan Custom Office has signed 3012 RCEP country certificates in the past 6 months, with estimated 15 million tariff preference. With those certificates, Foshan products such as ceramic construction material, textile, fresh fruits, spices, electro-mechanical, can enjoy tariff preference in those import countries like Japan, Singapore and New Zealand, and enhance products oversea competitiveness.

Rohm and Haas (Foshan) Special Material Corporation is a foreign-owned processing and manufacturing company that focuses on special chemical material manufacturing. In the past, the company had to pay 8% tariff but when the RCEP came into effect, the tariff was reduced to 5.4% and would gradually decrease in the future.

In order to help enterprises to share dividend policies, Foshan custom office pays close attention to RCEP members’ free trade agreement and lead companies to apply for visa and exporter identification which help companies to past custom clearance conveniently.
