At the site of Guangdong XCMG Construction Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, we can see that the first intelligent manufacturing with production plant equipment has been installed and workers are busy with trial production. This advanced construction machinery industry production line will be officially put into operation in Foshan. It is revealed that the base is currently conducting business negotiations with domestic and foreign enterprises from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Singapore, Indonesia and so on.

Guangdong XCMG Construction Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base is a key provincial project located in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan, covering a total area of 177,156 square meters. It mainly produces tower cranes, construction hoists and other construction lifting machinery, which are widely used in various construction projects, residential construction, bridge construction and other fields. Once it is completed, its annual output of tower cranes, construction hoists can be more than 5000, with annual sales revenue of 2.5 billion. At present, the project has completed 80% of the overall investment and the first joint plant is in the trial production phase.

As the largest investment project of XCMG outside Jiangsu Province, Guangdong XCMG Construction Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base is the first stop of XCMGs layout in the Greater Bay Area. The person in charge said that XCMG will take the construction of Guangdong base as an opportunity to make the base become an important bridgehead based on the Greater Bay Area and facing Southeast Asia with the help of the unique advantage of location, talent, policy and market in this area.
