Yang analyzed and discussed the problems that exist in the open dig section of the Shishan I Tunnel if it is to be constructed at the end of October with people in charge. Yang pointed out that the procedures of the project should be accelerated. At the same time, the traffic relief and pipeline relocation program in the area of Shishan East Station should be optimized. Safety and quality is the top priority.
