Recently, the evaluation result of the "National Aviation Characteristic School" was released, with 2 primary and middle schools in Foshan listed, where Lishui Central Primary School occupied one seat. This honor is the fruit of 14-year effort in conducting aviation science and technology education. Founded in 2009, the Aeromodelling Club of Lishui Central Primary School is committed to provide aeromelling activities to enhance students' abilities in science.

The content of the courses includes the learning of flight theory, model making and flight practicing. With multiple activities like special training, curriculum extention, and science and technology competitions, it aims to cultivate students’ hands-on and observation ability, and therefore to foster the development of students' comprehensive ability.

Remarkably, Lishui Central Primary School has introuduced advanced educational resources, for instance, inviting military expert from Chinse Air Force for lectures and seeking for professional advise from Guangdong Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

The improvement of students' scientific and technological ability results from Lishui's adherence to advanced educational concepts. In recent years, Lishui has invested 13 million yuan in scientific education from 2018 to 2022, and the coverage rate of labs in primary and secondary schools has reached 100%. Given that support, each school has also carried out special scientific education projects, constantly polishing Lishui’s brand in quality education.
