On March 29th, the groundbreaking ceremony of Maydos Global Ecological Intelligence Headquarters Project was held in Xingtan, Shunde. With a total investment of more than 2 billion yuan and a total construction area of more than 260,000 square meters, the project will be completed and put into operation in 2025, and the annual sales revenue is expected to exceed 2.5 billion yuan.

The project will build a 21-story headquarters building, covering five functional sectors: central research institution, national technology R&D center, training institution, financial management center, IT management center and operation management center. The project will also build a new specialized waterborne coating advanced material production base, realizing automatic and intelligent production, and building an Industry 4.0 digital workshop and intelligent factory demonstration base.

"We want to build it into a paint industrial park and the most beautiful park with pure intelligence and ecology, which is the least like a paint factory." Director of Maydos Group said that in the future, the headquarters park will focus on the concept of health and environmental protection, and at the same time conform to the characteristics of Xingtan water town to create a green ecological park surrounded by green trees and beautiful water.
