China Southern Air Logistics has opened a city cargo station in Foshan, a prefecture-level city in central Guangdong Province.

According to the opening ceremony held in China (Foshan) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area recently (July 7), the newly launched cargo station focuses on providing "multi-modal transportation" services.
Enterprises can now ask for transfer of cargo after making the declaration through the "single window" for international trade in Nanhai district. Then, the cargo can be exported directly at Baiyun Airport, greatly savingfreighthandling time.
Besides,the station has launched an online intelligent logistics service system and customs clearance system. By leveraging the online platform, cargo owners can track the progress of the paperless customs clearance.

Offline facilities, such as customs clearance stations, intelligent warehousing, and logistics hub, are also available.
As China Southern Air Logistics' first city cargo station equipped with the customhouse, it will help expedite the brand globalization for cross-border e-commerce businesses and those in the manufacturing industry as well as promote the high-quality development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
