On May 27, Foshan Transportation Group's affiliated unit, Foshan Zhigu Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd., successfully acquired a plot of land north of Kuiqi Road and south of Heng Second Road in Chancheng District for 64.82 million yuan. This project, with a total investment exceeding 1 billion yuan, aims to develop the "GBA Intelligence Valley" industrial park in Foshan.

The land for this project is situated in the core area of the Fengxiang Bay Urban Industrial Zone in Nanzhuang, Chancheng. The planned total area is approximately 15,726 square meters, designated for research and compatible with class one industrial use. The plot has a floor area ratio of 4.5, resulting in a total building area of about 70,000 square meters.

The project plans to invest around 1.06 billion yuan to construct the Foshan "GBA Intelligence Valley" industrial park. This urban industrial zone in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will focus on smart transportation, intelligent equipment, precision instruments, and new materials. Additionally, the project includes plans for supporting facilities and a bus terminal.

The initiative aims to align with the Greater Bay Area development strategy, attracting high-end intelligent manufacturing, technologically advanced smart transportation industries, and leading enterprises in the new generation of information technology. By integrating new production forces and emerging industries such as low-altitude economy, the project aspires to become a new benchmark for quality industrial platforms in the Greater Bay Area.
