4,000 Dancers Break Guinness World Record
Under the scorching sun, 255 dancers confidently shouted their slogans at the Foshan Amusement Park Recreation Center venue. The challenge included four dance styles: hip-hop, breakdancing, locking, and popping, focusing on basic moves. The participants, dressed in uniform attire, were ready to take on this historic challenge.
At the event, the dancers moved in perfect unison, following meticulously choreographed routines. Their powerful, rhythmic, and explosive movements, with every turn and jump, showcased their exceptional skills and boundless energy. Many parents eagerly recorded their children's impressive performances on their phones.

After nearly two hours of intense performance, the Guinness World Record adjudicator announced that over 4,000 Chinese street dancers had successfully broken the existing world record.
Street Dance Event Ignites City's "Most Vibrant" Energy
This event also injected new vitality into the city's cultural development. Chancheng is accelerating its layout in six new cultural and tourism tracks: music performances, micro-dramas (videos), immersive performances, trendy sports, fashion retail, and urban roaming.

"I believe this street dance challenge is the best interpretation of our six tracks," said Yan Qianfeng, Deputy Commander of the Chancheng Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team of the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports.
In recent years, Chancheng District has proposed to become the "most modernized" Chancheng, aiming to create a "Heart of Foshan" with strong radiating and driving capabilities. Street dance, as a fashionable and trendy cultural form, will ignite the "most vibrant" engine of Chancheng in a way that Foshan youth love, and also genuinely enhance the cultural happiness of local residents through large-scale street dance cultural events, contributing to the journey toward the "most happy" Chancheng.
