This development follows the signing of the first Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory project in Nanhai in July, further affirming investor confidence in the future of the Foshan West Railway Station Hub New City.

Foshan West Railway Station is one of the main stations in the Guangzhou Railway Passenger Hub, part of the "Five Main, Four Auxiliary" plan, and serves as a gateway hub in the western part of the Greater Bay Area. On May 26, the Guangdong Intercity "Four Lines" connected through Foshan West Railway Station, linking the five cities of Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, and Huizhou. Additionally, the opening of the latter section of Foshan Metro Line 3 is imminent. This increasingly mature rail transit network will further accelerate the flow and convergence of talent, industry, technological innovation, and capital.
