On September 2, three projects with investments exceeding 100 million yuan each were settled in Leliu Sub-district, Shunde District. The total planned investment for these projects reaches 850 million yuan, covering a combined area of 54 mu. The projects include the Yangzheng Kitchen Appliance Headquarters, the Heji Intelligent Kitchen Appliance High-Tech Material R&D and Manufacturing Base, and the Buchen Intelligent Water Heater R&D and Manufacturing Base. Together, these projects will create a kitchen appliance manufacturing cluster in Leliu.

The Yangzheng Kitchen Appliance Headquarters project occupies 22 mu with a total investment of 350 million yuan. It plans to build an intelligent manufacturing workshop, a product R&D center, a headquarters building, and an e-commerce sales center.

The Heji Intelligent Kitchen Appliance High-Tech Material R&D and Manufacturing Base project covers 10 mu with a total investment of 150 million yuan. It aims to establish an intelligent manufacturing workshop, a product R&D center, and a headquarters building.

The Buchen Intelligent Water Heater R&D and Manufacturing Base project spans 22 mu with a total investment of 350 million yuan. It plans to construct an intelligent water heater headquarters, an R&D center, and a production base for intelligent water heaters.

Upon completion, these projects will drive the renovation and upgrade of more kitchen appliance products, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry, and significantly advance Leliu's kitchen appliance manufacturing sector towards higher-end, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and intelligent development.

Since the beginning of this year, Leliu has introduced nine new projects, covering over 310 mu with a total investment of 3.885 billion yuan. Moving forward, Leliu will continue to stimulate the kitchen appliance market by implementing large-scale equipment upgrades and trade-in programs for consumer goods, leveraging the JD Retail Platform for e-commerce development, and forming a kitchen appliance industry alliance. By attracting precise investments and optimizing the business environment, Leliu aims to contribute to the high-quality development of Shunde and establish itself as a leading manufacturing hub.
