On August 28, Xinhua News reported that since the "Xuanji" system entered the market, it has completed 1,967 operations globally, with a total drilling depth approaching 2 million meters.

Guangdong Well Technology Company Ltd, located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, is the producer of the "Xuanji" system.

Wei Xi, the General Manager of the Oilfield Technology Department at China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), stated that the frequency and scale of the system's applications demonstrate its safety, reliability, and adaptability, showcasing China's global competitiveness in modern high-end oil and gas equipment manufacturing.

At the production facility of Guangdong Well Technology Company Ltd, in Foshan, high-precision components flow through over 200 advanced precision CNC machines and specialized custom CNC equipment.

This production line is China's first smart production line for the "Xuanji" system, integrating rotary steerable drilling and logging-while-drilling technologies. Xu Guan, the Company General Manager, mentioned, "The production line is highly intelligent, tracking the production time of each custom order down to the hour."

The "Xuanji" system smart production line is a key national project for the localization of major equipment and a core component of China National Offshore Oil Corporation's (CNOOC) initiative to build an intelligent manufacturing chain for high-end oil and gas exploration equipment. Xu Guan stated that the "Xuanji" smart production line covers more than 40 key manufacturing processes with independent processing capabilities, overcoming several technical bottlenecks in specialized processes, with all manufacturing technologies reaching world-class standards.
