On July 29, three significant digital intelligence projects were successfully unveiled in Lunjiao Sub-District, Shunde, Foshan.
These projects include Xuqian Metal Headquarters Production Base, Jiansheng Intelligent Home Appliance Manufacturing & High-end CNC Equipment Production Base, and Jafengshou Electronics Industrial Park, with a total investment of 720 million yuan.

Xuqian base and the Jiansheng base are located within the planned area of the Dual-Intelligence Industrial Park. The base of Xu Qian covers 25 mu and involves an investment of approximately 300 million yuan. It will be developed into an industrial complex integrating smart factories, headquarters offices, research and development, design, exhibition centers, and park amenities, aiming to become the most advanced metal functional materials research and production base in Shunde.
Jiansheng base covers 20 mu with a total investment of around 220 million yuan. This base will focus on producing a variety of high-end CNC (computer numerical control) equipment.
Jafengshou Electronics Industrial Park Rendering
The Jafengshou Electronics Industrial Park is situated in the Shilong Smart Industrial Park, occupying 11.89 mu with an investment of about 200 million yuan. This park will manufacture power electronic components (including AI smart remote controls), electronic control boards, and small household appliances. Upon completion, the project will significantly contribute to the development of the electronic information industry cluster in the area.
Moving forward, Shunde will continue to focus on attracting investments along the industrial chain and ensuring the provision of essential services and resources. These efforts aim to impulse high-quality economic development in the region.
