The 136th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, will be held in Guangzhou from October 15 to November 4. According to the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Commerce, this year, the Foshan delegation not only boasts an unprecedented scale of participation but also showcases remarkable strength in the field of advanced manufacturing.

Statistics show that a total of 726 enterprises from Foshan will participate, with 1,896 booths, ranking third in Guangdong Province. These enterprises span multiple sectors, including home appliances, consumer electronics, building materials, bathroom products, furniture, textiles, etc. Notably, high-tech, specialized and innovative enterprises, along with those recognized as industry champions, constitute nearly half of the delegation, totaling 389 companies, which accounts for an impressive 54%. This reflects Foshan's significant achievements in promoting industrial upgrades and technological innovation.

Compared to previous years, this Canton Fair has seen a surge of "new faces" in the Foshan delegation, with 155 new exhibitors, making up about 21% of the total participating companies in Foshan. These new enterprises not only inject fresh energy into the Foshan delegation but also demonstrate the city's determination and confidence in continuously expanding its international market presence.

A typical representative of the first-time exhibiting brands from Foshan is Alpicool Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., which secured four booths at this year's fair.

Founded in 2016, Alpicool Electric Appliance has emerged as a dark horse in Foshan's home appliance sector, excelling in the research and development area of vehicle-mounted refrigerators. The company has maintained its position as the global leader in production and sales for four consecutive years, with a market share exceeding 30%. At this year's fair, it will showcase its self-developed star products, including the Alpicool portable refrigerator.

Foshan manufacturing has been focusing on technological innovation, quality improvement, and brand development in recent years, leading to a surge in new products, significantly enhancing its overall strength in advanced manufacturing and technological innovation. The proactive preparations by both new and returning exhibitors reflect the confidence of Foshan manufacturing in exploring international markets, further highlighting the diversity and comprehensiveness of the "Made in Foshan" industrial structure.
