Entering this January, Foshan has started to pick up prosperity in economy. Many local manufacturing companies have been testing their limits under some of the most hectic schedules ever in 3 years. Guangdong Huaxing Glass Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxing Glass") is one of them. In the workshops of Huaxing Glass, all machines are running non-stop in full capacity, when labors are well distributed with their work.

"As of February 3, 98% of our employees are back to work from the Chinese New Year holiday. Some orders we received are even due as far as in March and May." According to Liang Jianming, Vice General Manager of Huaxing Glass production. Thanks to the timely-adjusted pandemic control polices, along with strong incentive unveiled by the local government, the company has kept stable growth right into 2023.

Right now at Huaxing Glass, 45 production lines are running in full operation, with each producing about 200,000 items in one day. Orders came from more than 200 countries and regions globally. "In 2022, our sales record has reached 1.7 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 3.3%. We are happy to see a rise of 130% in our production-sales rate." Liang added.

For the next year, as Liang noted, Huaxing Glass will introduce advanced digital intelligent manufacturing model to its four production bases - Gaoming, Fujian, Daye and Chongqing. At the same time, it will also pace up its construction in factory simulation system, intelligent park, advanced control system of kiln energy saving and emission reduction APC, product design, kiln simulation system and three-dimensional warehouse.
