At the conference, Chancheng District announced the launch of the recruitment of global investment partners, and introduced the standards and incentive methods for investment partners.

In 2022, Chancheng District issued the Implementation Measures for Chancheng District on Encouraging Socialized Investment Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Measures"), proposing to reward those who successfully introduce land purchase or leasing property investment projects to settle in Chancheng. The highest reward for a single project reaches 15 million yuan.

In addition, for those who introduce financial institutions in Foshan, the maximum reward will reach 600,000 yuan, and an additional reward of 500,000 yuan will be rewarded for introducing the world's top 500 enterprises, China's top 500 enterprises or China headquarters enterprises.
