On August 10, the Intelligent Robot Manufacturing City of HiTrom Han's and Shunde Innovation School of University of Science and Technology Beijing held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. The two parties will cooperate deeply in talent training, scientific and technological innovation, and the empowerment of enterprises, jointly promoting the development and innovation of the robotics industry, and creating an intelligent manufacturing industrial base.
According to Li Kai, general manager of the Intelligent Robot Manufacturing City of HiTrom Han's, this cooperation is the result of long-term communication and negotiation between the two parties, which aims to achieve complementary advantages, promote high-quality development of the robotics industry, and realize the deep integration of production, education, and research.
On the same day, the "Intelligent Manufacturing: Looking forward to the Future" innovation forum was also held, bringing together experts and scholars in the robotics field and alumni entrepreneurs from University of Science and Technology Beijing, entrepreneurs from HiTrom Han's, and investors to discuss the current situation and technological innovation trends in the robotics industry.
Jointly Building a Robot Industry Highland
As one of the characteristic industrial parks established for the development of the emerging robotics industry, the Intelligent Robot Manufacturing City of HiTrom Han's has attracted top-notch companies in the robotics industry such as the headquarter of HiTrom Han's, Kexinhuacheng, and Stiegelmeyer to settle, promoting the establishment of a billion-yuan industrial cluster from upstream to downstream. The project will be positioned as the intelligent robotics industry center of the Sanlongwan Innovation Agglomeration Area, and is committed to becoming an important engine for the upgrade and development of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
Shunde Innovation School of University of Science and Technology Beijing is an institute of graduate education, innovation and entrepreneurship, jointly built by University of Science and Technology Beijing, Foshan Municipal Government, and the Government of Shunde District. Rooted in the GBA, it vigorously promotes the integration of science and education, industry development and education, focusing on building an industrial incubation platform with talent training, scientific and technological innovation, and achievement transformation. It fully plays the role of University of Science and Technology Beijing as a "bridgehead" in the GBA as well as an important "window" for international exchanges and cooperation.
The signing of strategic cooperation agreement between The Intelligent Robot Manufacturing City and Shunde Innovation School marks the establishment of a more solid production-research integration relationship between the two parties. They will closely cooperate in the fields of technological innovation and application, enterprise cooperation, and market development in the robotics industry, deepen their efforts in intelligent manufacturing, jointly promote the development and operation of the robotics industry park by focusing on carrier space and industrial agglomeration, to serve the real economy of smart manufacturing. The two parties will also join hands to build a robotics industry ecosystem, and create a highland of independent innovation in China's robotics industry.
Outlining Blueprint of Robot Industry
At the innovation forum, experts and scholars in the field of robotics and enterprise representatives were invited to discuss the hot issues in the development of the robotics industry and explore the future of the robotics industry, aiming to boost the technological innovation and upgrading in robotics, introduce and incubate technology innovation-oriented enterprises, and help promote the high-quality development of the local economy and prosper the industrial cluster in the park. The forum also showcased the latest products developed by Shunde Innovation School, such as snake-like robots and intelligent ultraviolet robots.
