On September 9, the capping ceremony of Fortune LanChen Jun'an Intelligent Technology Industrial Park was held in Shunde. This project is known as the first 5G intelligent industrial park of Shandong Lianxiang Holding Group in Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area.

It has been capped in just 9 months, which is 4 months ahead of regular investment projects. It is expected to become a comprehensive digital 5G intelligent park with intelligent manufacturing, R&D, supporting services and facilities and green ecology.

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, this 160-thousand-square-meter park will primarily introduce companies in the fields of high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing and digital information and technology. It is expected to generate tax income of 34 million yuan once launched. Currently, it has attracted 10 potential projects with an estimated sales area of 30-thousand square meters.

Stated by the representative, the headquarter operation center has worked on the future scheme for the whole project, in which enterprise service would be their primary focus. Additionally, apart from the acceleration of enterprise incubation, staff's wellbeing is also placed at the top priority.
