On February 18, Foshan Zhongyin Property Development Co., Ltd. successfully bid 30.37 million yuan for a commercial and service land located north of Xizhan North Road and east of Xizhan West Road in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, marking the first commercial and service project to be unveiled in Nanhai District in 2024.

Foshan Zhongyin Property Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhongyin Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongyin Group"). The project's land area exceeds 6,600 square meters, with an estimated total investment of 300 million yuan. It will be developed into the headquarters of Zhongyin Group along with commercial supporting facilities.

Foshan West Station Hub New City is an important hub in Nanhai District. It is a key component of Foshan's "Dual Ten Parks" initiative and a convergence zone for technology and commerce in the Foshan West Station Hub New City.

Project Rendering

The successfully auctioned land plot is designated for commercial and financial purposes, accommodating retail, dining, lodging, entertainment, and other commercial services. The plan includes the construction of a group headquarters building, the introduction of a mid-to-high-end hotel, and multiple branded retail and dining establishments. It is expected to be completed within three years to meet the demands of the Foshan West Station Hub New City.

The establishment of the Zhongyin Group headquarters project will further enhance the overall commercial and service infrastructure in Shishan Town, Nanhai District.
