It is reported that since the new administrative capital CBD project is completed, Egypt will truly equip a world-class high-end central business district with the tallest building in Africa, which will further promote the economic belt formation of the Belt and Road Initiative. The project covers a total area of about 500,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 1.7 million square meters, a total of 20 high-rise individual buildings and municipal supporting projects.

The construction of landmark buildings and super high-rise buildings has extremely high requirements for aluminum products. During the negotiations, the construction unit of the new capital of Egypt had some concerns about whether the needed aluminum could withstand the double tests of long-distance transportation and ultra-high precision.

There was a shortage of high-tech and high-quality products in the domestic aluminum processing industry, and 90% of high-performance aluminum were imported.
