Guangzhou KDT Machinery Co., Ltd. (KDT) on June 21st was approved to settle in the core area of high-end equipment industrial base jointly built by the provincial, municipal and district government in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, covering about 127,000 square meters. KDT is planning to establish a digital production & sales headquarter of intelligent furniture equipment in South China with the anfirst-roundinvestment of 2 billion

 

The area that KDT landed on is used for the first phase of the project, as planned to build a globally-advanced machining center and intelligent production line, so as to back up the growth of woodworking production of furniture industry.

In Shunde, machinery equipment is an industry that has been given top priority. Many equipment manufacturing companies has scored effective and intelligent growth. KDT is another company that settled down here after last October when Haitian high-end intelligent equipment project landed that has turned out to be a great success

Furniture industry has been a highly competitive industry in Shunde. With modern light home industry as a foundation, more projects of high-end intelligent furniture equipment will be introduced to fuel up local industrial upgrading. Longjiang Town where KDT landed on, home to more than 3000 furniture companies, is known as “the Town of Chinese Furniture design and manufacturing”. For industrial revitalization, the government has provided supporting policies this year.

KDT, headquartered in Guangzhou, is a listed enterprise in Shenzhen Stock Exchange with a market value of over 10 billion yuan, specializing in R&D, production and sale of CNC furniture production equipment, intelligent machining and so on. So far, the output value of the company is 2 billion yuan and net profit, over 300 million yuan. The annual tax payment reached more than 100 million yuan with a CAGR of over 25%. It is worth mentioning that it has rivaled all its counterparts in the same industry in China in terms of profits, as well as comprehensive competition and ranked fifth on global market for its industry scale.
