After three transformations, it has become the supplier of environment and urban intelligent solutions. At present, it has more than 80 independent intellectual property patents and copyright of software products, becoming a national pilot project of environmental services in the 5th batch of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

General Manager of CREATE Zhu Bin has changed from a "layman" in the field of environmental protection to a "professional man". Aiming at the big data industry, Zhu Bin leads  enterprises to develop "owls", "rhinoceros man", "touring horses" and so on in the field of environmental protection, providing professional and intelligent monitoring and supervision system solutions for environmental protection, water conservancy, municipal, solid waste treatment and civil market.

Three transformations to promote the change of management idea

The founder of the company, Zhu Bin, a native of Foshan, was optimistic about the prospects of the environmental protection industry when he was 26 years old. Quit the iron rice bowl of state-owned enterprises, he started his business from zero foundation with friends. As Zhu Bin was not very familiar with the environmental protection field, he began to try from environmental protection equipment trade.

After several years of development, Zhu Bin thought that the companys ability to resist pressure and risk would be limited only depended on trade, so he began to think about the next step of the enterprise’s development, and finally decided to turn to the field of engineering and installation. In the following years, CREATE made two transformations, first was turning to system integration, and then it become an environment and urban intelligent solution provider in 2012.

Walking on both legs and aiming at big data Industry

This year a sensor will be installed on a bus in Nanhai to monitor the air quality. As long as the vehicle arrives, it will be able to collect air quality data there, making up for the limited monitoring points and supervisory manpower in the past.

Zhu Bin expressed, “The world is changing in a fast pace, entrepreneurs must have innovative ability and look for new technologies in the industry.” At present, in the field of big data, the block chain development is in full swing, Zhu Bin is thinking about how to better apply the two to the environmental subdivision industry.

A blueprint layout national output technology

As a company less than 20 years old, CREATE can be described as "small volume contains a lot of energy." At present, CREATE not only owns more than 80 independent intellectual property patents and software product copyright, it also becomes a national pilot project for environmental services in the 5th batch of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, a pilot project for "Internet +" in Guangdong Province, and an operating unit for "IBM China-CREATE Environmental Protection big data Joint Innovation Center".

Talking about the future development of enterprises, Zhu Bin said: "Entrepreneurs must be able to predict the development of the next 5 to 10 years." Since 2009, CREATE has released the first five-year plan of the enterprise, although the second five-year plan has not been completed yet, a new blueprint had been drawn up in Zhu Bin’s heart.
