In April, the Hannover Messe 2019 was opened in Germany. Jaten Robots, Keda Clean Energy and Sheng Ye Electric participated in the world’s top industrial exhibition. Jaten Robots launched the robot heartbeat system on the spot, which is expected to be used in lunar and mars rovers.

3 Shunde enterprises showed their strength of intelligent manufacturing on the spot

This 5-day Hannover Messe took "Industrial Integration-Industrial Intelligence" as the theme, aiming to build an Industrial 4.0-oriented international platform. As the largest annual industrial fair in the world, the Hanover Messe 2019 focused on artificial intelligence, the combination of 5G and Industry 4.0", exhibited more than 100 application examples of machine learning, and built a large-scale 5G test platform for the first time.

Chen Hongbo, vice president of Jaten Robots introduced that Jaten Robots has entered the core area of the Robot Hall for several consecutive years. In 2018, Jaten Robots signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the former KUKA’s shareholder Grentzebach and won the first AGV CE certification in TUV Greater China region.

Keda Clean Energy is the leader in the building materials machinery industry. It had a total area of 50 square meters in the exhibition and concentrated on intelligent and customized production line.

Sheng Ye Electric had an area of 53 square meters, exhibiting low-voltage electric energy products. The company is the company drafting the standard of national capacitor, and also the supplier of Whirlpool, GE, Schneider and other foreign brands.

The heartbeat system implants the "heart" into the robot

During the exhibition, Jaten Robots officially released the robot Heartbeat System. It was also the first time that Jaten Robots implanted the heart module in the storage robot, which greatly improved the stability of the intelligent storage system. Using the Heartbeat System, even if the network doesn’t work, it will hardly affect the efficiency of the storage robot.

As the technology improves, the system is expected to be used in lunar and mars rovers in the future, according to Chen You, chairman of Jaten Robots. When the rover is implanted into the heart module, the heartbeat system can be used to monitor its state for automatic detection and wake-up. “Its an interesting scientific task, and it gives us a lot of science fantasies and fun." Chen You said.
