On Dec.6, the first “Hydrogen Energy Week” series activities in China were officially open in Nanhai. During the opening ceremony, China hydrogen energy industry alliance and Guangdong hydrogen energy fuel cell Automotive Industry Association were founded, the hydrogen refueling station co-built by Foshan, Yunfu and PetroChina, Sinopec was officially put into construction.

From Dec.4 to 9, authoritative experts on hydrogen and fuel cells from all over the world and masters in relative industries will exchange ideas in Qiandeng Lake, exploring the future development of the industry.

Transformation of the hydrogen refueling station co-built by Nanhai and Sinopec

As the popularity of fuel cars requiring the support of gas stations, the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is also inseparable from the construction of hydrogen power infrastructure. During the ceremony, the two sides will cooperate based on their respective advantages and add hydrogen and charging equipment to the existing gas stations of both sides, providing more stable oil and other supply such as hydrogen and car charging energy.

Foshans first hydrogen energy tram appears

With the support of hydrogen power infrastructure, hydrogen energy will continue to play a role in Foshans public transport. During the opening ceremony, Foshan’s first local hydrogen modern tram officially appeared. Using hydrogen fuel cell as power source, the tram has a maximum speed of 70km/h and a single hydrogenation of 150-200 km.

It’s reported that the tram is used in Foshan modern tram demonstration line, and it’s also displayed at the Hydrogen Energy Week exhibition hall.

The exhibition hall is divided into hydrogen industry hall, comprehensive hall and hydrogen powered outdoor exhibition hall. With an exhibition area of over 10000 square meters, there are more than 150 exhibitors, over 10 hydrogen fuel cell cars and a locomotive, which is currently a professional exhibition with the largest number of vehicle models, most complete types of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
