Longest double-layer kiln in the world put into use

On Octobor 18th, an ignition ceremony was held for the 4.0 double-layer kiln rock slab production line of Green Production Base in Foshan New Pearl Sanshui Industrial Park, celebrating that the 5G intelligent plant was officially put into operation. This marks the opening of a new era of digital and intelligent transformation and development of manufacturing industry in Baini Town, Sanshui District.
  
  

This is the worlds longest double-layer kiln at present -- it is 415.8 metres long and sets a benchmark of 4.0 energy efficiency for rock slabs”, said Ye Delin, chairman of New Pearl Group Co., Ltd. Ye also indicated that the company invested 1.5 billion yuan in the new energy-saving and environmental panel project.

  

After this production line is put into operation, the upper and lower layers can simultaneously produce 6-12mm high-quality slabs of different thickness and specifications. The production will base on 12mm rock slabs, and the production capacity is expected to reach 20,000 square meters per day, which is able to reduce nearly 10 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The annual output value will reach about 1.8 billion yuan, which is three times of that before the upgrading.
